Centre Bearing in watts linkage
The Last rubber can be replaced by a non clearence option. Finally we have
finished testing and can supply a replacement for the steel and rubber centre
bush which is located on the rear end in the middle of the DeDion axle. The
replacement is a billet aluminium part which includes 2 bearings. With this
last part there won't be any rubber left in the rear axle. It will truly
change the
car for the better, especially when you already use our uniball
watts links it is recommended to use this part as well. The old rubber is
taking way to much stress now it's the only one in the system on the rear
axle (take a look at the rubber and see for
yourself).
This modification is easy to install and it makes much more sense than an SZ ball joint.
The centre bearing in watts linkage is priced at
Euro 119 ex 19% vat.
(This part won't
work with the original watt links.)
Caster ball joints
The
caster rod is connected to the inner fender with two very weak rubbers.
Big improvements can be made if the rubbers are 
replaced
with a ball joint. For easier installation without enlarging the inner fender
hole, we have fill-up plates available. Also the construction
of the rubbers will adapt water and thus cause the body to rust. This is
also a good reason to change to the unibal solution.

Watt Linkage
The de dion rear axle is hold in its place by the watt linkage. The watt
linkage is mounted on the rear end of the dion tube on one side, and connected
to the body on both left and right side of the car. The original watt linkage
is fitted with rubber bushes (silent blocks), which will flex and results
in a sloppy rear and a delay in the ‘settling’ of the rear of
the car during the entry stage of a corner. We supply a ball joint fitted
watt linkage with modified length for lowered cars. With our linkage the
car will have excellent transient handling and you will feel it respond
without the usual delay.
